I work with clients aged 16 and older, and my areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, mood disorders, suicidal ideation, and life transitions—especially in times of unexpected change. I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Motivational Interviewing.
